Review Hyfuser basics: dedicated fluid, 15-20cm spray distance, before or after makeup, nozzle care, and what to check when the spray feels weak.

Dedicated fluid

DOSIÉ FLUID 01 or 02 is recommended. Purified water may be used, but a fault confirmed after product inspection to have been caused by purified-water use is not covered under warranty. Do not add other cosmetics.

15-20cm spray distance

Hold the device about 15-20cm away, keep it moving, and start with one thin pass over the face before adjusting.

Nozzle care

If the spray is weak or does not come out, stop use and lightly tap the device body with your fingertips so the FLUID can reach the spray unit, then try it again. Do not hit the device hard or turn it over and shake it. If there is no improvement, clean the nozzle and check the FLUID level, charge, and vial fit.

Before or after makeup

Use it lightly after cleansing or before or after makeup when skin feels dry. Incidental eye contact may occur during normal use; stop and rinse if discomfort appears.
